Your hair looks fine. What isnt fine, actually quite dangerous, is you sweating yourself so much about it. Stop paying attention bro I mean it. Its gonna bring you in a worse condition. Just enjoy life man. I also lost some of my hairline. At first I was getting pissed at how aging works, then I grew accustomed to it and honestly the new hairline looks much better on me. Its strange, it just looks more mature. Hence why they call it mature hairline i guess

the OP definitely has body dysmorphic disorder. **** man, he is devastated over 0 hairloss. Anyone who is approx 30 and has hair like that should be living it up.

I'm 19 with a NW3 hairline and i don't even let it get to me, how can you let a NW1 get to you at 30? Get help for BDD and live your life.

In fact its my opinion, that with hair that great, when he starts treatments, the hairline has nowhere to go but back. I havent read what treatments hes on because frankly i am so offended i couldnt read anymore of his post, and im a nw3 with a very receded hairline, but i cant imagine the hurt the slick bald members must be feeling from this. , but ive slowly realised that alot of chemicals have the power to cause the exact condition they are meant to treat, if they are taken when not needed. for e.g. my migraine meds will cause a migraine if u take them when u dont have one. Antidepressants can cause depression, electricity can restart the heart, it can also stop it, and i do believe finasteride and minoxidil can both improve the hairline, and make it recede if u take it when U DONT NEED IT

Man, the depression from hair loss is becoming unbearable for me =( Ive been attempting to regrow the hairline I had when I was 27 years old which was 4 years ago with vitamins, minerals, and oils and even though its only been 2 months in, I HAVENT SEEN ANY NEW SPECK OF HAIR APPEARING ! Man everytime I look in the mirror it makes me extremely sad because I get flash backs of the past of when I was 27 years old and full of hair. Every time I walk pass a metal object and see my big forehead I remember how my forehead used to be so thick and full of volume when I was 27 =(. Im not going to quit just yet, Im still somewhat hopeful so Im going to keep trying the same regimen for a year and if I dont see any new hair growing on my hairline then I will resort to the BIG 3 as my end all be all solution.

My hair in May 2014 when I 1st posted here & when I began my regimen - View attachment 26744View attachment 26745View attachment 26746View attachment 26747

This is my hair in June 2014

Fvck man, I dont see any results at all. I know its only been 2 months but sh!t man I should atleast see a speck of hair trying to grow. Im not a quitter so I will keep trying =( Do you guys see how my head curves up before you see my hair? Well I never had that when I was younger =(

Don't listen to the others. You have severe hairloss!!!
You need to get onto medication quick. If it's not working, you need more medicine. There is no time to loose!!!

If I were in his shoes, I would have already booked a hair transplant.

You are clearly over exaggerating but not completely wrong. Now that I take a look at the photos a second time, there is actually some thinning in the temples and the hair line isn't as full as it should be. I guess we all got carried away with how bad he was taking it even though his hair loss is a joke compared to most cases. Still it's hair loss, however mild it is, and something should be done about it.

My post earlier was pretty harsh but I meant well...

blazinshotguns If you're hair is worse than his than you're definitely not at a NW1 unless you naturally have a high forehead or weird hairline.

But this thread is useless cause I think we all scared him away for good and he will most likely not check back on this thread in the fear of our horribly insensitive reactions/posts (I'm referring to myself mostly).

AddictedtoSoftDrinks: I hope you check back on this thread and good luck with treating your hair loss. It shouldn't be hard, it's relatively mild :)

Hey wad up man. I appreciate your advice in the other page. Im going to incorporate pumpkin seed oil into my regimen. I do have hairloss, its alopecia areata. Last month as I was combing my hair I saw a bald spot on the side of my head the size of a nickel. I dont think I have male pattern baldness because my hairloss is coming from all over the place. Even on the hairs located on the back of my neck. I did some research and I was told that there was nothing I could do to stop the alopecia areata, I refused to listen and I found a few people on the internet who were able to regrow all of their hair back from losing it to Alopecia Areata. I contacted all 7 them and spoke to them and they told me to get on an ANTI INFLAMMATORY GLUTEN FREE DIET. These people have never spoken to each other but they all said the same thing and that If I changed my diet I will start seeing results in a matter of a few months. Well I got a strict diet plan since July 15th and Ive been jogging 4 miles a day and eating healthy. I stop drinking 2-3 cans of soft drinks a day, no more taco bell, pizza hut, processed food, and I substituted soft drinks with green tea, and everything else with fruits, veggies, and fish. Im not suppose to have chicken because of the steroids and antiboitics they put it the chickens but I cant cut meat out of my whole system so I still eat dry chicken from time to time, but I take 1000mg of tumeric right after I do to fight the inflammatory properties.

Its been a month now and Im already seeing great results. My hair loss has been reduced drastically especially in the shower and the bald spot on the side of my head has already filled in like 40%. Im trying my best to maintain this diet. I do miss the fast food, in fact, I miss it so bad the other week I thought about drinking brown paint thinking it would taste like chocolate milk. LoL. It drove me insane the first few weeks but now Im used to it. I turning 32 and Im grateful to have the amount of hair that I have now as well as my hairline.

I was doing some thinking and I learned to cope with my hairline. I just came to accept that not everyone can maintain their juvenile hairline and for my age, 31 yrs old turning 32, I should just be grateful to have the hairline that I do have because most people my age are really weak NW1s - NW2's. Theres nothing I can do to get my juvenile hairline back unless I get a transplant so thinking about it all the time isnt making the most out of my time. Its unproductive. I think what happened was I was so depressed that I didnt leave the house for 1 1/2 year and that sinks you into a deeper depression. Ive been going out here and there and talking to ppl about my hair line and hair loss and that helped alot. They pretty much said what mot of you guys said "WTF are you nuts?" Thats what my 28 yr old cousin said. Hes a Norwood 2.5. I would be even happier if I knew for a fact that the current hairline that I have is just a mature hairline. Im not saying changing your diet will help with male pattern baldness because alopecia areata is a different kind of hair loss.

Glad to see you have "mentally" recovered as well. Sounds like you are on the right track. I am on the same diet as well and my advice is not to have cheat days ever. They will make you relapse. I am a fast food addict so I know how hard it is to give that stuff up. I think if you eat organic chicken you might be fine.

He doesn't have hair loss.

body dysmorphia is common amongst people with hair loss. I used to suffer with it.

For your type of hair loss the only thing that I can recommend is NOFAP. The Big 3 is a huge waste of time.

I agree. NOFAP is the only way to go now. Incidentally I think NW0 looks so un-masculine. Men with mature hairlines look so much better.

Do you know what I find disappointing and depressing? Threads like this, it's insulting. You're not seeing results because you have nothing to recover, jesus h christ...

I dunno if it's worse to have real hairloss or be someone who thinks they have hairloss to the point of depression or trying to kill themselves with oral minoxidil (like that overNW3 guy who has fantastic hair). Still can't tell if you're trolling or not with all these thread's you've started about your "hairloss":

- 'I have to quit social media. Its driving me INSANE. Seeing ppl I grew up with =('

- 'Saw a Beautiful Girl on YOUTUBE today. I know I cant get with her cuz of Hairline =('

- 'Do you guys DREAD going to family parties/reunion? Becuz of hair loss? I skipped one =('

... and it goes on and on. Meanwhile you're sitting on a top .1% hairline and density for a guy your age anywhere, never mind on a ****ing male pattern baldness specific forum. This is the 17th topic you've opened since May about your so called hairloss.

I really hope this guy is a troll, that post about the girl in the youtube video was one of the most sad and pathetic things I've read in a long time.

I apologize for pissing people off about my hair but the the thing is, I KNOW I DONT HAVE BDD. My hairline used to look like that guy from One Direction, Zayn Malik and the volume used to be as thick as Selena Gomez's hair. I know I dont have BDD. Its just that I want my old hairline back so bad and its been killing me inside and I have been experiencing thinning hair like crazy lately but people are telling me Im noticing it because of my long hair. The thing is, when I was in my early 20s my hair was this long and I never saw hair fall out in the shower or when I brushed it with my hand. I mean my hair was so thick back then. I know we cant always keep our juvenile hairline, but if I stop drinking soft drinks and with the hair regimen Im on now, do you think I could see improvements with my hair? I drink atleast 1 can of Pepsi a day.

My hair used to be so full and thick like this girl's and guy's hair -

Mate you need to drink Fanta or Mountain Dew instead of Pepsi. This can of pepsi you are drinking is the sole cause of your male pattern baldness.

Edit: Read you now realise you don't have male pattern baldness. Good luck and I wish you well with your diet.
