general haircut question

my hair is thinning, and i let my hair grow out a little because if i style it a certain way, you can't even tell. Now I need my haircut, should I get the style I have now just shorter, or can I shave my head??I really want to shave my head, but if it looks worse then I'll just stick to my usual hair cut.

I think the style you have right now looks great and works for you. No, definitely do NOT get it cut shorter than normal because it frames your face perfectly as is. Your scalp shape might make a complete shave down attractive too.
