If you can't afford for high professional docs than I would stick to Turkey bc they are cheap and have at least a bit of minimum quality standards at all. In Turkey you will find some of the best surgeons in the world but they charge you min. 2.5€/Graft so it would be still above your budget. 5k grafts for 2k $ sounds ridiculously cheap.. I would save a bit more money to afford at least some professional surgeons. You only have one head and limited number of donor hairs.. don't f*** it up out of desperation. Best of luck.
