The best way I've found is through the hair retention programme at boots. It's £190 for 6 months of genuine Propecia. It's expensive but after years of worrying about fake generics, I prefer to pay extra for the peace of mind.
I'd love to find a reputable company to buy generic finasteride but at the moment there doesn't seem to be many options for the UK. Doctor fox looks legit but still fairly expensive. The patent for propecia ended last October so hopefully we'll see more generics available soon
Just a bit off topic but on this, I tried to start two threads about this at the weekend - having just joined the site - but neither of them have shown up. Is there a delay period here before you're allowed to start a thread?
Back on topic: redhot2k4 is the boots hair retention programme the cheapest Propecia available in the UK? I take it you have to have a prescription?
Also does anyone know the price you're likely to pay for Propecia if you just take a Drs prescription into any independent high street chemist?
No prescription required at boots, you just sign up to the hair retention programme, can be done online. And yes, it's the cheapest source I've found for genuine propecia especially if you factor in the boots advantage card points
