Give Up Or Continue Treatment? (very Bad Diffused Thinning?)

Receded quite a bit, but the line is still visible, got a big forehead with a scar. Maturing hairline I think? If it weren't for the vertex/crown it wouldn't be that bad. Losing hair in the back/sides underneath the U-shape of the horse shoe as well though...

Tbh I don't know how the hairline-loss has progressed since according to my sister I've been starting to grow bald since taking accutane, which was around 7-8 years ago. Accutane seems to have caused diffused thinning or something? This has gotten better since taking minoxidil though.

if it's still visible I think you would get a good result if you responded well to the treatment.
