Going to quit propecia - where to go from here?

I started propecia 7 months ago, and it seems to have kept my hair in place, and possibly thincked it out in places as well, but unfortunately a case of gyno and reduced libido mean I am going to quit it.

I still have a very good head of hair, mainly just thin at the temples and crown, but I am only in my early 20's and so give it a couple of years and it could get a lot worse.

So my question, what steps can I now take to hold on to as much as possible?

Thanks

Find a post by finfighter and read his sig.

Or, you could stick with the propecia @ a smaller dose (I had excellent results with .5mg) and make sure to take extra zinc and see if that helps.

I've heard anywhere from 25mg to 250mg. Personally, I take 25-50mg a day. I've never had ED or libido problems, so I'm just doing it as prevention....plus zinc is good for your body anyway :)

An answer to your question:

Mornings:
1. beta carotene
2. royal jelly
3. magnesium citrate
4. vitamin C

Evenings:
1. turmeric extract
2. resveratrol
3. cayenne pepper (a pinch)
4. ThermaScalp®

And once or twice a week, take vitamin D3 (with vitamin K and sea iodine).
