That is a very good point Cassin, my comments are a little over zealous, it only comes from my enthusiasm for the the effect that product had on me immediately, but of course, implicit in anything i say regarding any product is that everyone is different, its a good idea to make sure that notion is explicit, so thanks
Well too be honest that was a general comment on my part so please don't think that was directed at you.
Nizoral makes my hair look thin but some people swear by it.
I love Jason's but it doesn't do much for me either but the vast majority of people love it. In fact its so cheap I strongly suggest people give it a shot first. Even if it doesn't help with cosmetic effect its a top notch scalp cleanser that helps with residue from other products.
Personally, one of my favorite products is Aveda Pure Abundance Shampoo but its so ridiculously expensive I highly recommend trying other products first.
So when it comes to cosmetic shampoos don't go crazy buying large quantities until you are certain you not only like something, but you feel like you have tried other products.
Another caution when it comes to ALL the products I mentioned above, one thing that nearly every scalp cleanser and cosmetic thickener has in common is that it dries your scalp out so...
- Do not use them everyday. There is simply no need to. More is not better and the obsession and worry with frequency will go down over time. I do promise you that.
- Gentle Shampoos like Tea Tree oil are great to use on off days and are very cheap.
- The stronger stuff like Nizroal, you should always use a conditioner afterwards to keep the scalp from getting too dry.
