UPDATE: I kinda forgot about the whole gyno thing and started to worry about more serious stuff (sever scalp acne f***) and I don't think I've gyno, I stopped monitoring or taking pictures, but I ocassionally see my nipples at different angles and I don't see a difference.

The funny thing is, even before starting finasteride, I felt really small lumps above the areola on both my nipples, but I felt it a bit bigger on my left one. This made me rub and press my left nipple non-stop to confirm what it was, and I always felt it was getting bigger and easier to find, but when I stopped doing it, the lump became smaller and harder to find. Then a week later I got itching in my right nipple (not severe or anything, just a scratch and it was gone) but it made me worried and I started doing the same thing I did with my left nipple (constantly rubbing, pinching and pressing it), and now I feel the lump in my right nipple to be bigger and easier to find than my left one, but before it was the other way around.

So yeah, to anyone who's worried about getting gyno, listen to @losingbattle88 if you don't feel itchiness or pain/tenderness, you're not getting gyno, and rubbing and pressing your breast will probably make whatever those lumps are bigger and make you worry more and make you think it's gyno developing.
I just visualized Snape rubbing his nipples
