Growing out my hair, while i still can.

So im 18 and finally going to stick to growing out my hair, the biggest motivation i have is losing it. i need to have long hair before its all gone... i have been receding for the past 2 years and started to thin out in the past year.... Anyone else in this position?

Enjoy it while you can. I used to have fantastic hair, but I wore a hat half the time. If I could get my hair back I'd never wear a hat again.
