The reason why I asked you where you got these studies from was because I expected it came from a website you mentioned. I hope you realize that when picking studies that fit your narrative (which is what a lot of these incel guys love to do) everyone can cherry pick a collection of studies that will do the trick right? It would not surprise me if thats the case though, more people in this day and age have the internet to take up all their time complaining and finding studies to rationalize why theyre not getting laid, rather than going out and actually living their life. Self fulfilling prophecy.

The interesting part is that people adjust their expectations according to availability.
Can be easily observed in real life. In my ex home city there was an upmarket nightclub. By observation 55 to 65% were female. The social interaction was vastly different to another average nightclub where gender ratio was the other way round. Obviously the ladies were more in demand hence became choosy añd behaved more princess like.

Due to online dating sites such as Tinder and god knows what, the situation is now like that one in the average nightclub.
