Greetings,

I'd like to hear some opinions on my current „state“.

Im on finasteride for more than a year now. I got very good results and happy about it. I always had puffy nipples and my left was a bit larger than the right one.

But 4 weeks ago, my left nipple started to hurt like hell. It was very sensitive to the Touch and the small lump grew about twice in size in just 2-3 days. Is this even possible? I always thought gyno would take several days/weeks to change that much in size? My right nipple is still the Same as it was before, zero change.

After 1 week, the strong pain went away with a bit puffiness and after 3-4 weeks (now) there ist just a bit pain when i Touch them, lump hasn't changed. It's like it just wanted to grow randomly and stop again.

Anyone experienced something like this?

I also Need to say, that I was checking my nipples beforehand, sometimes not very gentle. Could this be a prolactin reaction?

Appointments with docs are already done, just want to hear your opinion/experience.

What you’re saying is simply impossible. Take it from someone who had gyno before taking propecia. I’ve done a crazy amount of research. & research took me to ur post just now too. First of developing gyno doesn’t hurt. It’s just the nocebo effect. I had it too, I wish I didn’t know the potential sides before I started.2nd lumps cant grow that fast. You’ve most likely already have had gyno if it’s that.

stop touching ur nips too pls
