Gyno, Side effects, and quitting Propecia

I made a topic earlier about how I quit Propecia about two months ago after a year and a half. I noticed a bloated face, slight sexual sides like watery semen, etc. Now that I've been off two months I've been taking a closer look at my body and pictures of me over the last year...I think I definitely have a slight case of gyno, not terrible, but the nipples look very puffy and I'm a little worried.

So now that I've been off two months, the sides are still there to an extent, although they might be improving slightly. My questions, for those with experience with this are:1. Is this reversible, and can it take longer than a couple months for your body to recover from finasteride? (anybody get slight breast swelling that went away after a number of months off?) 2. What steps can I take to speed up recovery, and will regular cardio exercise help to take some of the puffiness away? Thanks, I'm trying to tackle this issue now before it's too late.

Like you I had problems with Propecia aggrevating exsisting Gyno from when I was going through Puberty. I noticed much more puffier nipples while on the drug.

When I came off the drug the nipples returned to normal within two weeks. Now they are always kind of hard, hard to explain like you've just been in cold water sort of, perky haha.

Give it some more time bro.

Thanks for the reply. I am concerned because there is definitely nipple puffiness that still has not gone away in two months, just wanting to know if anyone else has had chest enlargement from Propecia that took awhile to go away after quitting, but did end up going away.

I don't really seem to have irritation or hard lumps or anything when I touch the nipple, so I'm hoping I found this problem before it's too late. I want to make sure I'm doing everything from this point forward to address the problem, any more suggestions?

I steadily gained maybe 5 or 10 pounds throughout the year and a half, although my weight even before Propecia would kind of fluctuate within that ten pound range depending on recent diet and exercise, and I have not been doing the best at either of those things lately, so I can't be sure it's all Propecia. I have noticed SLIGHTLY more fat around the belly and sides, and the puffy nipples of course, but I've always been skinny so other people have yet to really notice. However, I do try to wear two or three shirts sometimes to make the puffiness in the chest less noticeable to me. Because I don't feel the pain/lumps associated with gyno, is it possible I don't have true gyno yet, and maybe just fat redistribution that I can reduce with exercise?

By the way, I have been reading about using DIM supplements to possibly fix estrogen imbalances from finasteride and the side effects it causes. Anyone know if this is safe/a good DIM supplement to take?

Anyone gain in the hips area from dutasteride ?

I think I got more fat almost everywhere after finasteride... especially in the chest area (slight gyno got worse), waist, *** and hips.

To the opener, I quit finasteride over a year ago and the sides haven't vanished. Morning boners and random boners during the day have vanished and I also get watery sperm and some penile curviness. I can still get it up but keeping it up is much harder. Also erections feel painful sometimes.

Just my 2 cents.
