and testing of the product that the company has
done to back up statements of the products
success. Thanks

Dear Ricky

You are 1 of about 30 people on the planet who
would be requesting such useless information. You
will be best advised by your MD on the efficacy of
laser treatments.

We will you well with your research into this
revolutionary treatment. Just as well you are not
coming to us for heart by-pass surgery or
something as serious as that. I wonder if we could
get all the documents to you on time before we
would operate?

Don't buy HairBeam Ricky, stay as you are.

Kind Regard's

"[email protected]"? What the hell kind of e-mail address is that? Numerous typos and grammatical errors aside, what did "Sarah" even mean in her e-mail back to you? And who is Ricky?

Ricky is my real name..was meant to sanitize that..

Anyway, This is my response to her:

Sarah

I expected such and answer from you. Obviously Versacchi is trying to make money off the success of the Hairmax Lasercomb with a useless laser product. At least when I emailed Hairmax to see their studies, I didnt get an uneducated answer from them like you have given me. Hairmax actually sent me their studies they submitted to the FDA and that they obtained FDA approval with. Let me guess...you have not studies/evidence and you have no FDA approval...yadda yadda yadda....have heard it all before darling.

Myself and all hairloss sufferers have come across companies with products like yours before....A new "revolutionary" treatment (are you forgetting that Hairmax already introduced it)...you certainly arent the first company trying to con hairloss sufferers and you wont be the last. Your company is a dime a dozen sweet pea.

Now in relation to my "heart by-pass surgery", I fail to see the comparison with your "great, revolutionary, groundbreaking etc etc" product.. Heart by-pass Surgery has been around since the late Seventies and has saved many lives (including my grandfathers). There is medical proof to back up its credibility...where is the hair beam's proof?...come on Honey..put your money where your mouth is?

Anyway, you have wasted 10 minutes of my valuable Sunday morning but just to let you know babycakes, that all hairloss forums on the internet know you are bogus. Either you do a better PR job or come up with a new product.

My advice to you, Sugar, is that you go get a diploma in real estate or business and try a new career.

Kind Regards

Ricky

It's odd. I've emailed Versacchi several times, and always got very friendly and informative replies.
However, a user from a Dutch message board got this reply:

I emailed the company vis a vis the email and got the following response:

Dear Mr James,

Your link below does not work, so I hope this emails finds you well? I have no idea what or who you are referring to below, there are tons of untruths printed about tons of companies across the net and no-one can stop that, but I'll give you a brief run down on what my opinions are for whatever they are or maybe worth.

All I can say is thanks for your invitation to offer you an opinion, however I learned a long time ago not to rush to judgement or jump to conclusions and believe everything we read, see or hear. Also in my own 14 years experience working for different hair loss companies, I always noted that Customer Service issues are usually directly in response to a "customer" and not a non Customer.

I have found this all the time, it is always the writers who are not customers are always the ones to scream, jump and shout. be frustrated, be angry, be dishonest, be hateful and on an odd occasion insane. Then on the other hand actual customers never seem to get so out touched.

Mr James it is important to recognize surely, and I hope you agree that the industry is seriously unregulated and over the years you see how many various companies, "treatments" and experts come and go. We on the other hand have stood the test of time, almost 12 years and thankfully no bad feelings between us and our customers. That's what makes us happy and provides us with a real sense of achievement.

Over the years many people have naturally been disappointed with everything they have tried and that was always going to be the inevitable result to their treatment, hence, No true CURE... Treatments for hair loss is like trying to stop the ageing process, in a nutshell you can help to slow, reverse, rejuvenate the process for a period of time, following that, comes the individual, each individual responds uniquely differently to any treatments for anything, so no more to say on what can be, or what maybe, based on that fact then.

The good thing is, in recent times lasers have truly revolutionized the medical, beauty, eye care and hair industries. All that has happened with the unveiling of HairBeam is the Germans have come up with a much better and distinctly cleverer way of eliminating divergent beams. It is only from a healthy root will a healthy hair grow. The HairBeam is a precision engineered hair root treatment and is just a far better way of delivering the nourishment of laser light to the hair root, plain and simple.

As for the Medical profession, the very fact that practitioners study for many years before they qualify and then get limitless experience by the interaction with their patients for me, this is "Trust" written in stone. People say MD/GP's don't know anything about hair loss? then who does. Surely it cannot be the opinionators? Also most hair loss surgeons in particular have been doctors previously so my advice is to always seek the opinion of the person who is most qualified to express such and opinion on anything in relation to the human anatomy and that is most definitely your doctor.

It is obvious I am pro-medicine and there are a balanced amount of people who are anti-medicine, and that's fine. If someone who is not a customer and they need trusted assistance, then in general we will always advise for them to seek the professional advice of their doctor. If their Doctor says give HairBeam a go or not than that's great, at least the diagnosis and prescribed recommendation will be credible, worthwhile and more meaningful for the patient. We support that 100%. Finally, Mr James remember there are many who have other agenda's, many who also now envy the brilliance of German technology, there are many who seek to ridicule everything and anyone and obviously we can't do anything to help that.

I'll conclude by saying thanks to our men in uniform, we are very lucky to live in a world where we have freedom to choose. So whenever we get a customer, we are only too delighted to have been of service and take comfort in the fact that, that person had the choice to become that customer before becoming a customer. It's really the simple.

I'll take this opportunity to thank you for the time you took to read this. I hope it opens minds and in some small way helps to stop the poisonous thinking and malicious actions of the few. When alive, my philosophy is to enjoy it. so I'm off for a bit of sailing and must say goodbye.

Sincerely

Craig Marks

This is the only thing he said that is remotely interesting: "The HairBeam is a precision engineered hair root treatment and is just a far better way of delivering the nourishment of laser light to the hair root, plain and simple."

But if that's true, surely it's not too much to ask for studies that conclusively establish this, since that's the only way one can reasonably make that claim with the confidence he does.
