hair dying

i'm thinking of dying my hair, just hi-lites ofcourse. i thought @least fulfill my desire while i can !!
anyone knows if it may have bad affect on hairloss ? i'm shedding right now. i've been on finastride for about 10 days. i'll start using nizoral pretty soon.
any particular brand or any advice in general will be appreciated.

Keep it off your scalp. If dying/bleaching does any damage to your follicles, its because you let it sit on your scalp for half an hour.
