Got a hair cut like 4 to 5 weeks ago and I am noticing that my hair is growing very fast. The last time I got a hair cut before than was Nov of last year. So that is about 9 months between hair cuts. Between that time my hair didn't seem like is was growing at all. And for about 2 months I don't think my hair grew a cm. I am talking about the top and not the back of my head. But for some reason the hair on top is growing very fast. Faster than I has ever seen in my life. No joke. I know hair grows faster when you cut it. But does it faster when you happen not gotten a hair cut for a very long time? It just seem weird and I really don't like to get a hair cut. Makes sense why I didn't get a hair cut for 9 months.

P.S.:This does not have to do with new hair growing out. Just the speed of it.

From what i know people have different growth cycle lengths, meaning once your hair has got to a certain length it either stops or slows down in growth. I remember reading something about this but i cannot quote my source so it could be wrong or half right.

MYTH

only APPEARS to grow faster. Like if u miss one day of shaving it's totally obvious. But if u continue to not shave for a week or so it seems to "slow down"

I found that min made my hair grow faster where I used it... either that or my hairdresser needs a ruler.
