Hey Everyone so back in last march I started finasteride, I was on finasteride for 4 months and then decided to stop because I thought I was getting gyno (even though I realize now that I am not).

My male pattern baldness itch compeletey stopped during these four months, I even got regrowth. I was also on Nizoral about 4 times a week.

Starting this September I want on a low dose of finasteride, 0.125mg. For some reason this time around I got really bad brain fog, so bad that it was affecting my school work severly (unable to concentrate etc).

The other things I have been using in my regimen are: Nizoral 4 times a week, Neutrogena Tgel (On the days I am not using Nizoral). Revivogen, and spironolactone (twice per day)

After I got my hair cut my hair as been looking terrible, this regimen is keeping my male pattern baldness itch at bay, but it looks just terrible.... Now I am wondering, has my new regimen caused a shed and it will grow back? Or is it keeping my male pattern baldness itch at bay and I am still balding at a fast rate?

I had the same problem. I stopped finasteride after 6 months, went for a haircut 2 months after finishing the drug and my hair was thinning all over my scalp. Debating with myself whether or not to go back on finasteride or not...
