I apologize because I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but do the concealer powders start trickling down due to rain or sweat?
If not then how are you even supposed to wash them off?

I guess it would depend on the brand. I use Toppik, and it doesn't come out when I sweat or when my hair gets wet. It only comes out when I wash my hair with shampoo.

Dermmatch is great. I've even swam in it. The trick is not to touch your hair. If its wet, like in the rain, you will be fine. If you immerse your hair in water - it holds up pretty well - looks matted abd no scalp on display erc.. however if you rub your hair or bang it on something well its soaking- it will run. I normally use Derm as directed but if you use it dry and bang on some strong Hairspray after - water is fine. Played football the other day and it was heavy rain and sweat.. my hair was fine.. but again... if i would have ran my hands through my hair or rubbed my head - it would prob atart to come away. Dry application holds up even better but takes longer to apply and style

I agree it is usually depends on your chosen brand. As we know, there are quite a few hair concealers in the market that's widely available. Just remember that concealers are only supplements to hair transplants and they are safe to use just look for a brand that is suited for your needs.
