Hair Loss In Unusual Pattern...? Best Route To Take

I’m really paranoid about my hair. It’s been like this for about a year now.

I search the internet and rarely find a similar pattern to mine. Although female pattern baldness looks fairly similar. It’s like a line from the crown.

I really should start finasteride asap I think

My hair is extremely oily. If I don’t wash it daily it just looks terribly greasy. I’ve heard this is bad for hair also?

I have the same thing but i have front recession also. You hair is diffusing you are going to develope a bald spot on the back

N3 the spot on the back has expanded. So instead of thinning it’s bare
