Hair Loss on sides and top. Kindly advice me

I am facing serious hair loss on sides,and top. Hair on is falling massively and growth was stopped completely. I am using minoxidil from past 8 months. From past 3months started taking biotin capsules on doctor suggestion but hair fall increased a lot after biotin intake. so stopped biotin and applying minoxidil alone.

I also took three sittings of platelet rich plasma(prp) therapy over last three months but of no use.

bro i am worried about sides. I saw very few people with thin sides.My Dad also had hair loss but only on top not on sides.

Mention your age,your hairs are too long that are causing strain,make it little shorter,biotin is essential for hair growth,don't stop it,then apply minoxidil foam,don't take stress.
