hair miniaturization back of head...?

im 18 and my hair has been receding for the past 2 years, my hair has also been thinning for the past year, now the weird thing is i have miniaturization everywhere! even on the sides and the back, can someone explain this?

This could be low thyroid. It's probably not androgen related, or it could be from both.

But the fact is, your sides and backs are going. This could also be due to fungus/ringworms,
lice, fleas, and a number of nasty insects.

You need to see a doctor, and fast. Also, although unlikely at your age, it is a sign
of cancer.

i have been on finasteride for the past 7 months, could this have something to do with it?
