How bad is it now? 20 years later?

I have thinned all over....basically lost the crown, front is pretty thin now. Start minoxidil off and on since 1985, hair transplant in front in 1997. On big three now with propecia since FDA approval. Actually with Couvre 90% of thinness covered. Without it...very thin looking.
