I'm starting to think that I'm going to have to make a decision.
I've posted on here before about how my hair reacts with exercise be it either cardio or weight training. Safe to say it does not act well, heavy shedding!!
I've tried to ride out the storm but its still having the same effect even when now I'm only running as exercise. Its really getting me down, especialy after I was showing goods signs of recovery.
It looks as though I'm going to have to make a choice of either stopping the exercise and having a chance of keeping, and possibly improving my hair, or, keeping up the exercise and losing my hair, and by the way things are going that won't be very long.
I'm going to stop exercising for a couple of weeks to see if it slows down at all and if it does then I've got a serious decision to make. Anyone else in, or been in the same situation? so pi££ed off that something thats good for me can be so bad for my hair. I know there are people that don't believe that exercise can be that harmful and raise testosterone levels that much but it seems to be doing it to me. would an increase in dose help to fight the raised levels, or how about adding Saw palmetto? just don't know what to do.

Haven't started it yet, it's based of IH's regimen, just added a few more bits. Unfortuenatly it's quite expensive.

Have you considered getting your hormones checked?

Cardio should be good for hair and overall health, it just doesn't add up.

It could also be that sweating makes your hairs in the resting phase fall off? I get this effect with nizoral, the days I use nizoral I shed much more than other days. I presume, nizoral removes all the stuff that just about holds my resting hairs in the scalp.

What this guy above me makes sense. My hair only itches at the beginning of my runs when i start sweating. Farther into my run it stops itching. This is because the sweat pushes out the dead hair and then continues to flow without causing irritation.

Exercise is not going to cause you to lose your hair. It will actually help you to improve the condition of your body, and this will help you to grow your hair back.

The hair that falls when you exercise is probably in the resting phase, and the sweat that forms while you are exercising helps this hair to fall out from the scalp.

Yeah
Anyone who believes that cardiovascular exercise causes hair loss deserves to be both fat and bald

Its been a while since I started this subject, I stopped with the exercise, its been 10 weeks since my last run and Ive been off the weights completely. The heavy shedding continued for quite some time after stopping training, probably another month, and I'm still losing now but at a reduced rate and my overall hair thickness and coverage is alot worse.
I'm starting to think it could one, a couple or all of the following things -

1. My body has overcome, or the fincar has lost / is losing its effect on my body,

2. Fake / dodgy fincar. I bought the last 5 months worth from Inhouse Pharm UK, previously bought it from Hexmed which seemed to be doing the trick but alot more expensive.

or 3. The exercise does have an effect for me and raise the testosterone levels too high for the Fincar to deal with ( I know this isn't the case for alot of other people).

Any body else had any problems switching between suppliers or brands? or any other similar results, again, I appreciate anyones thoughts or comments.
By the way Cuebald, I dont think there is any chance of me ever getting fat, the exercise was to keep fit, not loose weight, I'm blessed with a very good metabolism rate!

Hi.
Hair loss is the problem mostly faced by all.So to get over it we should have a perfect diet.Hair fall also happens due to tensions and stress so first leave that.Eat green leafy vegetables more it will help you against hair fall.Wash your hair in alternate day and apply coconut oil before 1 hour of your hair wash. For healthy body eat less oily fat containing food and do regular excersis that will keep your fit so we can have both health and hair.
