Hair shortening/miniaturizing by the day (visually noticeable)

I’ve had this problem for a year. My hair (the area affected by my male pattern baldness I’ve had for 10 years) are getting shorter and shrinking without falling out.

Like everyday they get shorter, and I can visually compare. And now it seems to be doing the same with hair around ears and on the back of my head. I got hypo from using RU last year. Currently on finasteride, dutasteride 3 times a week, minoxidil (twice per day), and Levo. It’s prob retrograde and something triggered it, since I’ve never had this problem before (above ears and back were not affected before at all). But I’ve never heard of retrograde thinning, shrinking, and shortening hair as fast as in a day.

The only thing that seemed to somewhat slow it down is applying a bicalutamide solution, but the powder is hard to dissolve effectively, so I’m pretty inconsistent with it (it’s not because of that though, my hair has been behaving consistently that way for the past 10 months.)

Thought about reflex hyperandro, but I did not experience increased pimples, itch, sex drive. I actually lost some of my arm hair that grew while I was hypo without medication. If there’s hyperandro, it seems to be limited to my head.

So yeah, my question is. Can hair actually visibly shorten in a matter of days ? What would be the cause ?

And also, what should I do ? I’m pretty lost.

Very lost my friend......
Your regime is very "hard" "Currently on finasteride, dutasteride 3 times a week, minoxidil (twice per day), and Levo" and "bicalutamide solution"
And, probably; you have a decent amount of hair

Yeah your observations are very good..
Even in men who are older & apparently have lots of hair I notice their hair isn’t healthy.. The hairs are gray or worse.. they look to be dying but not balding per se..
I believe DHT affects all hairs whether they appear to be balding.. & the so called permanent hairs (around the ears are deteriorating as well..I swear I have hairs that are present .. but haven’t grown in years.. They don’t fall out.. more like petrified..I have basically stopped concentrating on drugs & focus on Hair massage, hair vitamins, Medical grade lasers, & micro current stimulation…
My theory is hair follicles & hair stem cells are being “signaled” to stop growing & that’s systemic. So the hairs on the head have to be “signaled” to over-ride this systemic deterioration … And methods I cited can start to do that.. I think the 2 protocol can be combined for additional benefits

Not sure what Levo is, you guys and your abbreviations and acronyms, lol. Otherwise you seem to be doing all that is possible short of using estradiol. Try adding a strong tar shampoo and Keto and use Retin-A on your scalp and face overnight two to four times a month. Derma rolling could help but is probably overkill.
