These FDA approved drugs come with some side effects & are equally expensive as hair systems.

My question is why such a hassel where you torture your body to retain your hair when these mofo won’t stop falling?

Hair system looks natural if you don’t expose your hairline, even if you do even then they look good.

What are your reservations? Why hair systems are so under rated?

I watch hairexperience & heydecke. Honestly they’ve impressed me.

No, even the most expensive hair systems are terrible for these reasons:

1. A woman will feell the wig when touching your hair.
2. Hairlines always look fake up-close. That is why it is advised to have a hairline transplant prior and get partial wig that covers the scalp.
3. You feel terrible.
4. Expensive.
5. High maintenance. Requires 4 hours of maintenance every day.
6. Wig glue will rip off your remaining, alive hairs. Glue may be toxic. And even then it could fall off.
7. Even if you are aiming for a natural look with a transplant and you are slick bald or have terrible temple points it will look very bad.
8. Requires replacement every 7 months. Costs around 1000 Euros for 7 months. Transplants are more economical.

You can go the diy route and the price isn’t bad at all.

This guy is ordrering from northwestlace and does everything himself.

A girl will with no doubt feel it though, and you’re constantly worrying that people will find out I guess.

But tbh, propecia isn’t that much better when it comes to being with a girl I think. You can either make sure she keeps her hands away from the hair and worry about that, or you worry that your dick is not working 100%.

I’m leaning towards propecia as of now, but that must suck pretty hard too.

I agree with you. The biggest obstacle is the mental part but if your fine with the idea of fake hair I think everything else is manageable. In the end you get all the benefits of having hair, but for a price.

However, this is the wrong forum to ask this question for obvious reasons. Everybody would prefer their own hair, there's no discussion about it.

1. Not necessarily
2. not true. your hairline can look natural as f***. depends on the system and on the person whos wearing it
3. you feel awesome cause you have full hair which you never get by a hairtransplant
4. No. Its anything but expensive
5. 4 hours every day? Are you high? You probably need 15-20 minutes once a week to refresh the front and maybe 1-2 hours once a month to change the system
6. What a shame. If you wear a system you already decided to give up on your hair. so it doesnt matter if your hair falls of or not lol
7. No
8. you can get a high quality system for around 150€. I pay around 500€ for 3 systems. They last for 1,5-2 Years. Maybe even more if you're good.

Do the count.

Sorry I dont mean to be rude but this post gave me cancer. c***

Guys don’t thrash @Javell, i appreciate him for stating his reservation which is the whole point of my post.

@Bigbone its the right place where i’ve posted because i want to know what drives away people from trying hair systems. If i’d posted it in the hair system then normal people will never comment as they don’t visit there.

@Xyz23 thanks for genuine reply brother, i’m nw1.5/2. But finasteride gave me sides, hence i’m using topical finasteride. I don’t know how long i can buy time, & at what norwood my hairloss will halt. Which gives me anxiety & i don’t want to become socially awkward person. I don’t wanna suffocate myself inside the walls in future. I see even with hair transplant you need to take finasteride & being young it’ll progress further. My only hope is hair system.

Hence i want to know the “BUT” of hair system.

Read @shookwun and his experience with a wig if you want to know about what I'm talking. All I said comes from him.

Also at that Norwood concealer could be enough Combination of Dermmatch and Toppik or Nanogen is the best, but expensive and lightning exposes it. You could brush them off by saying that you dyed your hair or use styling product. It also paints everything you touch black.

You are so full of sh*t, most of your points are completely false!
Still, f*** wearing a wig, I've resorted to HRT before wearing a wig.

This is the equivalent of asking guys at pfs-help forums what's wrong with finasteride. But I understand, fair point.

Read @shookwun and his experience with a wig if you want to know about what I'm talking. All I said comes from him.
I just skimmed it through and nothing of what you said was mentioned in his post. Other than that he has said that a wig is better than bald.

Good review though.

While I'm not as informed as others, I don't know why people here keep insulting me. I just stated what I read in various places, maybe I know nothing, so I admit that I was wrong. My research on this subject was very limited, I admit that posting here was stupid.

Thanks. Taking estrogen and anti androgens will never make me a woman. Sure it will feminise me a bit but there's a lot more to it than simply taking hormones. I still got a dick and facial hair, how many women do you know with that combo? ;)

Mate you are mis quoting me.

They dont look fake up close when done right. However they must always be done right in order for them to look natural.

there can never be such thing as a bad hair day when you wear. Everything must be immaculate.

I have never mentioned having the front hairline transplanted before wearing a wig.

The wig will not rip off your remaining hair either...

listen, hair pieces work but they are a lot of work and require you to make changes in your life style. This could be for the better for some , and others it can be the opposite. However, there is no denying you will look better!

As for people with early norwoods, not a chance should you ever wear. Enjoy your hair

hair pieces are a good alternative for people who are bald or those with such diffuse that they receive no cosmetic benefit from having the remains of there hair on top. Those with minor temple recession should never consider a hair piece, and fight for what they have.

In days of old, everyone wore hats. The side effect is eye/retina/skin protection.

Eye protection is especially urgent in teens. Sunglasses need to be combined with hat brim.

I cannot imagine the discomfort and heat from wearing a wig and a hat. Also, anyone that discounts worth, due to hair density, is on the mental plain of the any racial, skin color biggot. Which is an opinion I hardly value. I could care less if such a person were a hot female, with another short life of fleeting attractiveness on the outside. Androgenic hairloss has zero to do with health, outside of prostate health, that is.

While it may be great to keep hair, there is a line where other things are so much more important : family, helping others, study, eating right/exercise, establishing resources, legacy. Living to 100 or above, age will eventually show. It must ultimately be about the body's health - not makeup, not fake hair, not clothing. Which, I think, is really at the core of what makes a female attractive. . . Unhealthy, overly dressed or made-up females, are simply repulsive. It is health, baby.... Men are mostly judged by height, signs of money, and grooming...

Also, at some point as you age, the face will age to the point where the wig looks ridiculous. So, beware.

Another note: people that switch between glasses and contacts are not remembered as one way or the other. While people that always wear glasses imprint on the mind an image where the glasses are actually thought of as part of the person's appearance - which is ridiculous. Clothing has zero to do with what a person looks like. Take a hot female in a man's shirt for example. We guys know it is temporary. However, the eye glass phenomenon could have application to hats and hairloss, and other people's mental images. Now, were it socially acceptable to wear your wig occasionally, change wigs, rotate them, go bald... Now, that would mess with their pigeon holed image of you, in their tiny experienced brain. I wonder if a bald male teacher could pull off random wig wearing off-going beyond the funny, into the socially acceptable - - just like rotation of glasses to contacts.
