Basically I have a full hair of hair pretty long also but its thin on the top, i'm wondering what I can do to thicken it up?

Biotin,ippofaes(sea buckthorn) and a good diet of protein,vitamins e,a,d can thicken your hair if you dont suffer by genetic male pattern baldness
