After 7 months and half Same situation . No regrowth and a terrible shock loss . Starting with topical finasteride, any experience with it ?

Get SMP to fill in the light spots on your scalp.

I will give you my sincere and honest opinion because i think it's worth it much more than any other polite or evasive answer. I think it looks better than how it looked before but i still don't like how he designed the hairline, the density is quite low and what i never understood and never will is why every person that gets a transplant will make his hair upwards exposing every imperfection like that.

Have you tried leaving it down on your forehead a little or maybe just like a buzzcut but maybe longer, idk i really think it would look way better, what do you think?

I was not talking necessarily about the length of the hair as much as i was referring to the way it is styled, i think it could make a big difference if you would not style it upwards but this is just me and my opinion, you know best...

Looks like pretty good work. Hairline design is alright, if I had to pick whether to be happy or sad with the result, I would binary pick happy.

Bc it gives a more masculine look.

It's something that straight guys can't understand.

Literally EVERY SINGLE WOMAN I asked said I look more attractive with the hair upwards, even though with my hair down I look younger.

I won't say that your anecdotal experience does not matter because it does until a point and especially for you, but for sure it's not the norm everywhere and i really think that it really depends on a lot of factors like the individuals hair quality or how it frames his face, his hairline position and design, not want to talk about transplants and so on. Literally every woman i have dated liked me way more with the hair downwards and it clearly looked way better while i was looking at myself in the mirror also.

I personally find that it looks really stupid on 70-80% of the people i have saw adopting that "Johnny Bravo" style and especially on people who have transplants, it literally shows that you had one and if it's not really, really, really well done, 90% of the people you will meet will spot that "something is wrong"... But this is only my opinion based on my experiences and so on, it clearly differs a lot from person to person, culture and the many other factors that could influence such a thing...

I have to admit tho that on some it really looks good and masculine but i was referring more about how it looks on the majority...

Comb the hair to your left and backwards with pomade or gel. Buzzed would work better, it gives the appearance of having more hair in your case.
