Hair Transplant Procedure: Step-by-Step​

1. Planning and Hairline Design:​

The hairline was custom-designed by our specialists to suit Sumit’s facial proportions and expectations, ensuring a natural and youthful appearance.

2. Donor Area Analysis:​

The donor area had thick, healthy, straight black hair, perfect for transplantation. Skin sensitivity tests confirmed no allergies to anesthesia.

3. Extraction:​

Using 0.8 mm serrated titanium punches, our team extracted grafts with minimal trauma. The quality of grafts was excellent, including a high ratio of double- and triple-rooted follicles, essential for a dense final result.

4. Graft Storage:​

Grafts were stored in RL solution at 4°C in a medical-grade chiller to maintain vitality.

5. Slit Making:​

Sapphire blade tips (1.2 mm for hairline, 1.4 mm for other zones) were used to make slits at precise angles and directions, crucial for natural-looking growth.

6. Implantation:​

Grafts were implanted using K.E.E.P. implanter pens, ensuring trauma-free, angle-correct placement. The implantation took around 2.5 hours.

7. Post-Procedure Care:​

A sterile dressing was applied. Sumit was given detailed instructions, medications, and 24/7 follow-up support from our dedicated doctors.

Post-Surgery Hair Transplant Journey​

A) Shedding Phase (0–3 Months):​

As expected, implanted hairs went through a shedding phase in the first 2–3 months. Two PRP sessions were provided to stimulate the scalp and support existing hair. The donor area healed completely within the first month.

B) Baby Hair Growth Phase (3–5 Months):​

By the 4th month, new hair started sprouting in the previously bald zones. Sumit could see his frontal hairline forming again. PRP sessions continued to support this stage.

C) Active Growth Phase (6–8 Months):​

After 6 months, you will see proper growth and the donor area will be completely healed. Hair growth accelerated rapidly, with improved density and visible transformation. Over 90% graft survival was noted, and Sumit began enjoying the ability to style his hair naturally.
