I saw your regime and I want to know if this help your hairloss.

So far what I'm doing is working great, very hard to judge what treatments are having most affect though, as I started them all pretty much at the same time.

My guess would be minoxidil > saw palmetto > nizoral >>> everything else.

Man you guys using nizoral really need to be using a good conditioner afterwards, otherwise yeah, it's going to f*****g destroy your hair texture lol
