Phot links below.

Feels bad man. 26 years old and it’s tough seemingly pretty fast.... frontal hairline had decent density when I was on propecia about a year ago but my right Temple was still thinning pretty incredibly fast.

How many hair transplant grafts would I need to fill it back out?

Are you not on Propecia any longer? How long have you been using Rogaine foam? Seen any results thus far?

Like 4 months I do see some little hairs growing in but I don’t really expect anything from it to be honest.

I’m also not the most consistent at all. Apply once at night and sometimes skip entire weekends of application.

I stopped taking finasteride because it gave me sides and I just really don’t trust the drug at all. Don’t want to ruin my chances at having children in the future because I wanted hair...

I totally understand the reluctance to return to finasteride. I gave it up for good when I was 29 and have never looked back.

I wouldn't be so quick to go directly to hair transplantation. I'd try other options first and stick with it. See what minoxidil can do for you, but apply it consistently, even if it's only once/day. Also, you might want to look into a minoxidil solution that contains DHT inhibitors as well. They can be readily found online. I'm not sure how much difference they make, but wouldn't hurt to see what impact it would have. Adding another topical probably isn't realistic in your case if you are not religious with the current minoxidil application.

Even if you get grafts one day, you will be advised to add finasteride or other hair loss treatments to your regimen. Go ahead and stick with something for a few months and see what happens. It also might not hurt to use Nizoral a couple of times per week if you don't already.

I do 2x a week as well as a biotin shampoo.

Would really just like to get touched up as I really don’t think my hair is THAT bad in its current state......

Just decent recession/thinning to what I previously had.

The 2x a week just isn't enough to aid in your mission. You're basically throwing your money away unless you can apply it more consistently. The biotin shampoo, although maybe not harming your hair, almost certainly is doing very little (or nothing) to help you either. So right now you are essentially taking no action to keep your hair.

Not trying to be an *** or harsh, merely being honest. I know you asked about hair grafts so my opinion may not even be relevant here. If you're interested in more info regarding treatments, just let me know and I'll gladly respond.

Eh it is what is is I guess.

If I have to go bic my head I will in a few years but I’d like to explore the option of hair transplants while I’m young if it would give me a solid looking more dense hairline.

Dont get a hair transplant if you wont be taking Finasteride. Many Surgeons/The good surgeons, will not do surgery on you for that reason

But your hair right now looks good. Get on Finasteride again and keep that existing hair.
