Hairline Is Receding Fast And Need Some Advice Please

I'll keep this short and any assistance is greatly appreciated My hairline has really receded fast and my current regimen isn't working as well please can someone suggest an addition to the following that can help
-Finasteride 20 years
-Nizorol 2x week
-Needling 1mm once a weak followed by EMU oil
-Can't do Minoxidil because I react to the drug or something added to the products I've tried. I tried both rogaine liquid and foam

I suggest you replace finasteride with dutasteride

The finasteride has probably lost it’s ability to maintain your current state. Either up the dose or switch to dutasteride.
