Hairline keep getting worse and worse?

I really feel like I can't do this much longer. My hair even looks worse than just one month ago. Should I start rogaine? Is a hair transplant an option? It looks worse in real like than it does in the pictures. It just keeps getting worse and it is itchy and I look awful But I swear it looks much worse in real life. I'm only 21

You're 21, get on finasteride, you'll probably do great. 21 is not too young for finasteride. Some dudes even get in it at 16 and have no issues. I'd say anything over 18 is fine, 20 is definitely safe. Try finasteride for one year first, if you aren't happy with your results then add minoxidil after 1 year. If you actually lose ground on finasteride, then try dutasteride. You probably won't though, finasteride will probably be enough.
