Hairloss at the sides and just above my neck.

For some reason I am losing alot of hair on the sides and just above my neck. Really I have no idea why this happens, its already going on for like 1 month and a half.
My doctor thought it was Alopecia areata and he gave me a shampoo to me with ketaconazol in it. This helped me get rid of my itchy scalp but the hairloss didn't stop there.
Anyone that might know the reason behind this unusual hairloss?

That could actually be it.. Really thinking on starting my last resort the Big 3 sooner or later.

i have it as well mine was pretty bad but it responded very well to minoxidil and these days you can hardly tell. I hate to tell you this but people who develop this type of pattern usually end up nw6-7.Start on the big 3 as soon as possible and i wish you good luck
