Thanks for the advice. I live next to a whole foods so I'll certainly grab "Prescription For Nutritional Healing" the next time I'm there. Also is there a specific joint supplement that you would recommend?
Thanks!

Hey Viper,
There's so many new joint supplements since I wrecked my back that I can't say.
Here's what I'd do:
1) Go to Whole Foods, grab that book, and then ask the people in the "Whole Body" Supplement department to make some recommendations. Some of the best combo supplements you can get from them, or save money by buying online.
2) Study "arthritis" and "joints" in that "Prescription for Nutritional Healing" book. I'd look up some stuff for you in my book, but my edition if 10 yrs. old. They update them frequently, and the new one is awesome. I've been meaning to get it myself.
3) Also Google your condition if you have time, with the term "natural" added in the search bar, and learn as much as you can.
4) If you need or want to save money, check out Swanson.com, the cheapest vitamin prices I've found. They don't have some of the specialized combo supplements, but they do have a ton of joint stuff on their site and in their catalogue.
5) Some bodybuilding sites have some very knowledgable people about this kind of stuff, so that's another resource you can consult.
I hope that helps you some.
Let us know how you make out.
Erik D.
btw... In place of the Advil, I'd take large doses of Bromelain, an enzyme from Pineapple that's better and safer at breaking down inflammation.
