I was just talking to my roommate the other day and he brought up a good point. We were watching something on tv and I pointed out an actors NW2. My roomie then treated me to a barrage of insults. He said he didn't care and noboby else notices. He also said that he is tired of hearing about "hair loss crap".
Even with my girlfriend I'm always pointing out the actors who are losing it or had hair transplants. Both my roomie and girlfreind think I am paranoid for thinking that I'm losing my hair. Even my parents think I'm paranoid and have threatened to put me into treatment for BDD. They're the ones who are crazy.
Sometimes I will point out my friends' hairloss in hopes that they treat it before it gets too bad. Which brings me to my next point. I can't stand the guys who are in denial. I have a friend with diffuse thinning and a receded hairline, but claims his hair has always been thin. I try to tell these in denial that it will only get worse but they just can't accept it I guess.
Have any of you guys have any similar stories?
