He is not going to go bald anytime soon. His hairline has naturally matured a bit but hair is perfectly fine. In a few years when he will have the same hair, we are all going assume that he was on Finasteride and that's what has kept his hair. All hail the mighty Finasteride!!!

And I honestly don't think he's on Finasteride. It's really too bad cause it looks like he could've been a good respondent if his balding was caught in the earliest stages.

As if someone as smart and with so much going for him as Bill Gates gives a f*ck about balding. I think people on here are a bit confused... if you're a pop star or an actor then yes, chances are you care a lot... if you are a 60 year old business man and philanphropist it is probably about point 999 on the things that you think about.

Harry Styles probably has the same treatment options as all of us. I imagine a lot of celebrities are on finasteride, and there's always the possibility that they are non responders. I'm 100% sure Harry is on finasteride, he knows he needs hair, he definitely values his hair highly and his career depends on it. I'm sure that his managers would have given him finasteride at the first signs of balding, which is why it's so surprising that he's progressed as far as he has. Only real possibilities are that (a) he's a non responder/has aggressive male pattern baldness or (b) he had to quit finasteride due to sides.. It's very strange for such a high profile star with such famous hair to lose so much hair at such a young age,
Women will say "what a shame, he used to be so cute", perhaps some will develop more sympathy for bald men, maybe some will say he's still sexy, even without hair. I doubt he'll reach 30 with a full head of hair. At this stage even 25 is somewhat doubtful.

He still has density. If he cuts the front of his hair in a fringe he will be fine.
This is what awaits me. We have the same hair and same hair loss pattern. He is 2 years older than me tho. I wonder if he is on anything

This is the newest picture. On other pictures from this year he is usually wearing a hat. He hasn't posted on instagram since July last year

And how much worse could it have possibly gotten in less than a year. Yes, his hairline has receded quite a bit but it’s far from over for him. Look at the density on top of his head. A very small transplant could fix everything for him.

Looks awful. I have the same pattern, just a little less advanced. I'm diffusing more though.
