Has Anyone Had Good Results From Finasteride 1.25mg Eod

Hi everyone,
So I started taking 1.25mg finasteride EOD about a week ago so there is still nothing to report,no sides but im shedding small hairs.I was going trought a lot of threads but no one ever mentioned having good results from taking finasteride EOD.So I made a thread to see if anyone had good results.Im taking it EOD to eliminate sides.

Yeah ive tried it and it is going all over the place,one piece always shatters in two smaller pieces.In my country it is impossible to get anything except propecia that is somewhere around 85 dollars so im stuck with proscar.I mean I know I should wait to see the results but if it doesnt work than it means that I only wasted my time and lost hair...

I hope that someone replies,I think im gonna cut proscar in 5 pieces and take it ED from now on.Im just too scared that some crazy shed might happen.

Why is it unlikely ?? I'm curious about your explanation since there are alot of people saying the shedded .

Its unlikely as it doesn't directly affect the follicles, it is indirect via inhibition of DHT. Most of the time sheds are caused by Telogen Effluvium due to hormonal changes and/or other factors like using a different product alongside finasteride such as minoxidil.

Doesn't finasteride alter your hormones? Reduce dht all these along the line is altering hormones?

Yes that's why I included it in my message. It doesn't usually happen though and isn't even a listed side effect. I didn't shed from finasteride.

Changed to 1.25mg ED on the day i posted this thread,I only have slight ball ache here and there,but thats about it.What I also noticed is that itching is gone.
