Has anyone here experienced bad Telogen Effluvium from Propecia/finasteride?

I had to quit Propecia two weeks ago after 2 years due to very bad sides (mental and sexual). My body just finally started to shut down. I noticed however that I have very bad thinning everywhere and not just in the MPD zones. My hair was not like this before. It was so incredibly thick in the non-MPD zones. Now you can see my scalp even in the back an sides. Has anyone else experienced this? Does the Telogen Effluvium reverse after you quit Propecia? If so, how long did it take to reverse? Please someone let me know if you have experienced this. I am so worried...

I doubt propecia caused Telogen Effluvium. Might even be Alopecia aerata. Best to see a Dermatologist for diagnosis.

Have you been taking any medication that has known side effect of hair loss? How about major stress lately which can trigger hair loss?

No, its definitely not Alopecia Aerata I say this because, I don't have random bald spots. It's very even all over and it is pretty bad.

Ive had a little stress, but nothing out of the ordinary I would say. Propecia was really the only medication I took. After year 2, my body basically shut down. That was traumatic event, and finasteride is known to change hormone levels. This is why I was asking if it was finasteride, but no one has seemed to mention this before...
