I take Propecia and while it made my sex drive go through the roof for a period of time now I am completely mellow and my sex drive has leveled out (still there but not as distracting and persistent) and I find myself alot more relaxed, almost a flat affect in a sense.
Has anyone noticed a decrease in anxiety on finasteride?

I kinda feel the same. I started on finasteride when i was 18 (19 now) and around the 2 month mark my sex drive was crazy high. Now it seems to be either leveling out or becoming low which I fear...I think most of it is in my head reading all these horror stories online, but I cant help but worry. Ive read many people having sides but waiting it out and it actually the sides can fade. This is what im doing atm. If things don't change ill prbly cut my finasteride dose in half and go from there.
