I never had any spot and dandruff issues before it

2 years back i was losing a lot of hair.I went to a dermatologist and he said it is case of male pattern baldness.He prescribes finasteride first then after a year changed it to dutasteride.Minoxidil was harsh on my scalp even foam version so i stopped using minoxidil

Ok. So Dutasteride saved your hair. From the picture you posted it doesnt seem you're losing anything anymore. So why are you worried ?

The thing is in recent times i am losing more hair than normal in shower and a few ppl have commented abt my crown thinning

so this is worrying me

Fair enough mate, then I get your concern. Though based on this pic I honestly see nothing concerning, especially since your hair is wet.

If you’re really worried and want good input, I’d upload a couple more pics of your crown and how it was a few months ago.
