Looks to me like its thin in the crown. Not everyone loses hair at puberty. I know lots of guys with every hair they were born with at 40 so thats just rubbish. A lot of men do lose some and guess what that is hair miniaturizing its just most men dont care enough to stop it and our current treatments suck. Propecia would help slow or stop miniaturization be it mature hairline or not.
