This has been the plan from the get go. Nothing new. Shiseido has been on track to potentially release in Q3 of 2018 if all goes well with their phase 2 study (which it will, I can't imagine a company like Shiseido investing this much into a product/treatment and not bringing it to makret) since.... forever.... I don't remember when exactly. Probably since they first acquired the tech and license from Replicel. Hopefully "That Guy" will pop in and provide the specifics.

Like "That Guy" said, Buckler is likely referring to Replicel's version of it and not Shiseido's. This doesn't imply that Shiseido's will release before 2020 either, if ever, though.

Like bigentries said. When I said private I meant not government held and so they will sell the product all over Asia. Just a misunderstanding

I just wonder if they going to sell just in Japan or really do the whole Asia stuff at the beginning and what countries include "Asia" ? Could mlbe much cheaper in some countries

That's the biggest question. Shiseido is present in Turkey and hair transplantations don't cost more than 2000€ here. The replicel treatment could be applied much easier than a hair transplant. Would be great if they count Turkey as Asia.

I'm thinking it'd be nice if they can find a way to have the biopsies extracted wherever you live and keep it viable, ship it to japan and do the DSSC multiplication and send the injectable back to where you are if they can't open laboratories all over the world, it sounds nice but I have no idea if it's feasible.
