Head massages - good for hair loss, or not so good?

My girlfriend is training to be a hairdresser, and to complement this training she's currently doing a massage therapy course, and I'm her guinea pig - not that I'm complaining!

Anyhow, most of this focuses on the back & head, sometimes some hairs fall out, but I guess that's just natural - do I have anything to worry about when she's doing this? She is very sensitive to it, and often skips bits (even though I tell her not to) because she thinks I'll worry about it - is there any evidence of it making hair loss any better or worse?

Thanks

There's enough anecdotal evidence that its good for hairloss but nothing in the way of concrete evidence as far as I can see.

Great for stress relief though IMO.
