Help 24 And Suffering From Hair Condition

So I’m pretty sure I’m not suffering from male pattern baldness because my hairline and crown and everything on the sides and temples are intact. Except I have this one patch of area where my hair has miniaturized or lost I believe. I posted before and many ppl want to jump to conclusion and say it’s male pattern baldness but I have my doubts. I’m posting sample picture off the internet and you can check my previous post to show you guys what I’m talking about. As I mentioned I believe it might be temporary loss. Also should mention this patchy area appeared after I went through a severely stressful time for 3 weeks

We have all been there. No one wants to be a baldie.

Look kid, baldness comes in many patterns, yours is an unusual one, I agree. But nonetheless AA is the most likely explanation. Visit a doctor to be sure, but don't be in denial about it.

I'm taking finasteride in the morning, I done running from this mess. What feelings do I have to watch for in the early stages of finasteride other than ED?

Read this and your previous post. Looks like run-of-the-mill male pattern baldness. Like you, I too had a vit. D defficiency so I got supplements AND I hopped on finasteride over a year ago. I've maintained and am relatively stress free as I know I'm doing everything I can do. If you want to cling to hope that you're special and it'll grow back by itself then go for it and get your doctor to do all the relevant tests (vit. B, zinc, thyroid etc.)

Side effects? Popping joints and loss of morning wood are other ones. Good luck.
