I'm telling you right now that if you start off strong you will get all your hair back faster and stronger. There is no point in waiting for the strong stuff later. Here is a pic of my hair last week.

Keep a steady daily dose of finasteride(1/5 of a proscar pill) as long as you have no side-effects. A steady daily dose of minoxidil 5%. Use Nizoral 2-3 times a week. Take a pic of your scalp. Give it 12 months. Don't change a thing.

Thanks for the advice SE, I having been on finasteride for just over a week now and have also been using nizoral 3 x a week. I've just recently ordered some Kirkland minoxidil 5% so will start that when it arrives.

Am I best to wait a few months before starting minoxidil to see if I get any regrowth just with the other 2 or is it best I get on all 3 ASAP? Also, there appears to be alot of debate about frontal regrowth with minoxidil, in your opinon (sp), should I also apply minoxidil to my frontal region or would I be wasting my time?

Minoxidil works for the frontal area too, just not as good. Of course you will NOT be wasting your time. I would say jump to the big 3 now as you could get some crown thickening just on finasteride, but I think you could use the extra offset of growth minoxidil has to offer.

i meant she was fit lol. but yeah gfs are the way to go. I will spread the word for sure. Some of the best bracelets i have seen on the market. I did some modelling for a clothes make called diesel last year. Not sure if its as big in states as it it here but in the UK its a top line brand for 18-25's. You should advertise in the UK. i can tell you now they would sell very well.

Thanks for the advise Monitoradiation, I was flirting with this idea so think I will go ahead and start tonight an hour or so before I go to bed.
