Wash hair only every three days. With distilled water, vinegar, and bath salts. After apply olive, coconut, blackseed oil's with a few drops of peppermint and tea tree extract. Derma rolling .5mm and work your way up to 1.5mm. Handstands or an inversion table (circulation). Deep tissue massage your scalp. Whole food diet! Avoid vegetable, cronola, soybean oils. Get your ionic trace minerals eat some liver for vitamin A (plus others) once a week. Eat lots of fruit. Get 2500 Cal every day. Max sleep and lower stress. This is all fairly cheap and side effect free. And if you add more extreme measures your likely going to have better success with a good foundation.

Thank you for the reply! Does the texture look odd to you? It's only on my temples where it has receded. I don't know if that's normal or something is up!

Looks like the results of a poor diet. You skin don't look too good either. Could be a vitamin deficiency too so make sure you are getting plenty of vitamin d, b6, b12. Drink water instead of carbonated drinks.Use Nizoral 2-3 times a week to keep your scalp healthy.

Thanks for the reply! I have changed my diet recently to make it healthier! Can I restore it completely if that is the cause? I'm also still confused about that texture.

Yes you can. Use Nizoral get you vitamin intake right, drink plenty of water. Give it 3 months you will be fine.

Huh, you seem indeed to be getting regrowth. Can you please post again in 4-6 months so we can see how far it goes?

And what exactly were the changes in your diet? Did you just make sure to be getting the proper amount of vitamins, and if so are you taking supplements or getting it from your diet alone?
