Ok guys I need a neutral opinion because everyone says Im a maniac about this topic, My family says I was always like that and my friends too.. and Im confused (I always had that hair line, since I was in my 14, but I dont know, I think maybe I will be balding?)

None in my family is bald, but them have a big forehead like me and thin hair (also my sisters and my mom) and also have the "V" shape in the front like me, but again none in my family is bald, only my grandfather, and that was around his 70~90

Im 26 btw.

Oh... and Im under a lot of stress right now... because my work.

Sorry for my bad english, im from spain.

Your hair looks almost exactly like mine did, except that I had a more receeding hairline at the temples. I used Rogaine 5% and Propecia for one year and it helped a lot. The little thinning spot in the back filled in nicely. Now I am using Avodart, Rogaine 5% and Nizoral Shampoo 2X weekly and I am having even better results. You have a lot of potential. If you work at it just a little bit I doubt if you will ever have any problems. Also, use a good volumizing shampoo like Progaine. Progaine is a good product and is not very expensive. Also, do not under estimate Nizoral shampoo. It is powerful stuff.

Degree of Loss:

Im Sooo confused, what do you guys think? look at the new picture, do you think that I need propecia?:

If you are loosing your hair you are not loosing it to any significant degree at this time, however, it is rather difficult to tell in the image since you used a large toothed comb, or brush on your hair before taking the picture. A large toothed instrument will seperate the hair, thereby exposing the scalp.
The choice is yours, however I would suggest a quality topical product, such as Revivogen, or a similar product. Nizoral and/or, Neutrogena T-Gel occasionally might not be a bad idea either. AR5 inhibitors such as Propecia and Avodart might not be the best idea as you look rather young and these products will have an impact, to some degree, on more than just your hair growth. Nevertheless, the choice is yours.

I think both of you have a little hairloss. BET your temples look like they have receded a little bit. I don't think you need propecia consider it to use for maintenance.

So what do you guys think is the right move for me? do I have to go to the doctor? or do I have to start with some kind of medication right now, without any prescription?

My main problem is the front hairline because I see to much of my skin under the hair, the temples are fine because I had that temples since I had memory

Man Im so young to be a bald guy :(, and nobody... I mean NOBOBY in my family is bald

Miniturization. A good derm will be able to examine your hair, and determine a pattern of miniturization, if any. From there, they can diagnose. Do not rush into taking this drug, particularly since you said no one in your family has baldness.

This is my new pic that shows my main problem, the center of the hairline, is like some kind of bald patch forming in there... and is really ugly, Im going to the doctor monday, but I almost crazy here in my house looking at that hole of hair...

What do you guys think? this is a classic genetic baldness problem? or... diffuse, or... o my Im going to end crazy  Im going to be the first bald guy in my family..... my god!!

Im seriously thinking shaving my entire head...

Oh and I have another question... I will be going to get a hair cut soon, what do you guys think will be better for the actual look of my hair, really short, or let the hair more longer to "hide" the imperfections? or I better shut up because Im being paranoiac? (a lot of people in my social/family circle tell me that, but I think is because them are afraid to tell me the truth)

You might just have stress, don't start taking powerful drugs like finasteride, minoxidil etc. without an expert opinion. If you mess with your testosterone/DHT etc.. it might even have the reverse effect. Deal with the stress, take some vitamins/supplements for hair, but not eastern herbal remedies, they can be deadly. Plenty of water, good sleep, focus on your positive side, ie. baldness does not seem to be heriditary in your family.
