Tbh it’s very minor probably more age related than anything but I have a strong family history of male pattern baldness so I’d rather be proactive and prevent rather than regain, also it’s given me bdd knowing I have the history but you seem to either have had a strong Telogen Effluvium occurrence and finasteride could reactivate your folicles to a healthy state. The hair you have looks thick and healthy.
I agree. ! The rapid progress made me feel so , but I didn’t wanna have high hopes on this only . I have always had oily skin and face and a layer of dandruff or something like this on my scalp for years .. where do u live btw? As im an arabs , the male pattern baldness is striking so hash among us

In the future yeah! I also doubt that the beard would work for me , I’m starting finasteride this week or next and will wait for a few month , if no obvious results will be achieved, I’ll add minoxidil, what do u think??

Na like I said start with finasteride fuk minoxidil untill you see what finasteride does for you after a year, you have the type of hairloss that will get regrowth because it's difuse, people say they don't get regrowth because it's the hairline they want to see the growth you don't have that problem. Trust me start with finasteride and then reasess because finasteride is the best treatment there is and it stops hairloss in over 80% and regrows in 60%. I think you will have good results. First pic with was taken December 2018 and the one with relatively intensive hair was taken in feb 2019 “ it looks dense as i had styled it with hot air” and the other ones were taken soon..
what roller do you use? any advice on how to conduct dermarolling? like the cleaning alcohol for roller and for your scalp and stuff?
i did ! Like a couple of month as i have been working as a medical analyst, everything seemed to be normal and even my hemoglobin is 14 ! I also feel that that it’s progressing over short period! Btw , I started finasteride today! Like half an hour first pill , wish me good luck
Good luck buddy don't think to much into it, stick with it and just take things day to day, your body will adjust and you'll see some positive results around the 3-6 month mark, keep me updated thru private messages if you need anything!
thank u buddy , I have started finasteride1 mg generic today and I’ll carry on , Honestly, it’s stressing me out and everybody can notice , but im trying not to be so much depressed and hopeful the finasteride works for me! I bought a bottle of minoxidil but not gonna use it now. I also bought 2 shampoos “ nizoral 2% but the Egyptian generic is way cheaper and not sure about the effect” and a caffeine, saw palmetto and aloevera containing shampoo..
