Help needed! (urgent)

I am starting to see that my hair is starting to thin and that u am getting a bald spot at the crown of my head, and the front of my hairline, my hair is really thinning there too. Right now i am taking Brewers Yeast, i have been taking it for a few months, but its not helping at all, my hair just seems to be getting worse and worse. I am 19 years old and its really sh!t having my hair thin etc. I am also a professional model and if i loose my hair, i loose my modeling career. At this moment i am kinda freaking out because i dont know how to make my hair grow back, and grow back fast, but after reading some posts on here i think that i am gonna try go onto propecia.... But i have a few questions...

1) How much does it cost?
2) What are the side affects exactly?
3) How long will it take to work and make my hair thick and full again?
4) (For those of you that have had success already with propecia) How much money did u spend (roughly) on propecia?[/b]
5) (For those of you that have already had success with propecia) Do you still TAKE propecia? And how much longer do u plan on staying on it for?
6) Will propecia work ALONE? (if i ONLY take propecia and no other things to help my hair grow back think and full)
7) Has propecia NOT worked for any of you?

If you guys could please help me out here and answer all those 7 questions which i really need to know the answers to.... Your reply will be GREATLY appreciated.

Depends on where you buy it.

A 1mg pack costed me about 40 euro.

2) What are the side affects exactly?

Also depends on the person, but personally it has affected my libido to a great extention.

3) How long will it take to work and make my hair thick and full again?

It will work for has long has you take it. If you cease to take the drug you will loose all of the hair you have gained in result of taking the drug.

First results should be seen 3 months after taking the drug.

Everything from $10 to $60 every month.

Rare. But other than that - decreased sexual desire, erectional dysfunction and gyno.

It can take anything from four months up to two years to notice any results - but Propecia is mainly for maintaining. More on that subject later.

5) (For those of you that have already had success with propecia) Do you still TAKE propecia? And how much longer do u plan on staying on it for?

If you stop taking Propecia, the hair that Propecia did help you maintain, and ONLY that hair, will minituarize. That means that if you stop taking it, you will loose your hair down to the point where you would be BY THEN if you never started taking Propecia - nothing else.

Probably not. It should be used with Minoxidil if you want noticable regrowth.

1. It depends but I pay $30 a month with the help of a prescription discount card thing.
2. Well you can google a list of side effects, but you very likely won't have any lasting side effects.
3. Some men only retain the hair they have and others have some regrowth, so it depends.
4. I guess I already answered this question.
5. I take it and I plan on taking it for the rest of my life, unless there is a treatment method one day.
6. It is common opinion around here that propecia is best used with minoxidil.
7. If propecia doesn't work for you, you can always use the stronger version which is called Dutasteride.
