Hey you guys,

so I'm definitely losing my hair. I have known that since I was 23 plus my dad is bald and his dad is bald so yeah.

now I've been using Rogaine once a day -I tried twice way too hard for me to keep up- and I'll admit at the time I do forget a day here and there. is that really bad? if I forget a day once a week?

I'm doing needle comb one a week followed by castor/coconut/almond oil and wash my hair with Nizoral shampoo twice a week -other days I use regular shampoo- I took pictures on April 11th when I started my 12th a month later and I have no idea if I see changed I'll take anothr one today wen ill get back from work but from when I see in the mirror I don't think it's working . so I've started using hair concealer because I hate it and when I'm home I'm always with a beanie.

I feel really bad because I have had the best hair ever. it's in a way my trademark. I cannot afford laser combs and transplants buy should I change my rogaine routine? and go with propecia? I just want my hair back ugh. turning 28 soon and well... hopefully u guys can help, tell me what I'm doing wrong.

Are you currently using finasteride? if not then I would advise to go on it as soon as possible and try and stick to Minoxidil twice a day.

Regenpure is a good shampoo for hair loss, I think you're using Nizoral too much, in my opinion it's very harsh on hair, it's best to use Regenpure as it has Ketoconazole in it.

I also think you're using the needle comb too much as well, once a month is fine.

umm okay, so I need to use Nizoral once a week? and as for Rogaine do I use it on wet damp or dry hair? and do I need to get down of Rogaine and try finasteride first? or combine?

you were probably losing hair three years ago as well. If you grew your hair out to that length now, from the front it would look the same. luckily, you still have a lot of hair in the front.

Use rogaine twice a day. why the hell not?

cut out all the useless oil crap, keep the mincroneedling, add nizoral...

Add finasteride and hopefully you will have some good gains.

Add propecia asap. Tomorrow if you can. Once you're on propecia (which you will be) you'll regret that you waited so long.

I would use Nizoral once a month but I would recommend using Regenpure 3 times a week minimum, they both contain Ketoconazole but Regenpure is less harsh. Use Rogaine on dry hair (use Kirkland Minoxidil, so much cheaper) and start using Finasteride once a day as soon as possible.

Cut out all the pointless oils, you need to be on the 'Big 3' which are Finasteride 1mg (Generics are cheaper so avoid Propecia), Ketoconazole (Regenpure & Nizoral) & Minoxidil (Rogaine)

You'll be looking between 6 months and 12 months to see any results, the sooner you are on the big 3 the better.

If it was me , I'd have a giant scalp reduction and pull your ears a little higher, and then use some
toner cartridge ink to cover in the bald spots.

Just kidding.

Most guys on here would kill to be where you are right now.

add propecia. you need an anti androgen to fight the actual hair loss...rogaine stimulates your growth cycles which slow down..propecia inhibits (degree of how much if at all is individual) the DHT from attacking your follicle.
two things happen with hair loss..the follicles shrink, resting phase of growth cycle lengthens.
The rogaine is increasing the growth cycle...but the DHT is still shrinking the follicles.
