Hi, saw a gp last week about my hair loss and receeding hairline and he sent me for blood tests (memtioned something about checking biochemistry?) which I had this week.
Thing is, when getting the blood tests I looked on the monitor which had my notes and the gp mentioned possible alopecia arteta which he didnt say in person so im wondering if I should still take finasteride or not? Dont know what to expect from blood tests either as not had results.
Have been taking finasteride for about a month and noticed no difference, still lots of hair in my hands when shampooing and rinsing.
